The prompt

Write a sales follow-up email after my call.

Prospect: [NAME]
Company: [COMPANY]
Call notes:
[PASTE YOUR NOTES — or leave blank if HubSpot is connected]

The email should:
- Thank them for their time (one sentence)
- Recap 2–3 key points from the call (their words, not jargon)
- Confirm next steps with dates if we discussed any
- End with one clear ask (meeting, trial, intro, etc.)

Tone: warm, professional, concise.
Length: under 200 words.
Do not send — draft only. Subject line included.

Paste into Claude Desktop. Claude will use your connected apps: Gmail, HubSpot.

Expected outcome

A ready-to-edit follow-up email with subject line, recap, next steps, and a clear ask.
